In Kate’s last role, as a managing partner and head of human resources, Kate was integral in leading Commonwealth to win 43 best places to work awards in Waltham MA and San Diego.
Kate is a retired Partner Emeritus and Managing Partner, Human Resources at Commonwealth, and an aspiring human resources consultant. In addition, Kate has just been named President of Roe Realty Corporation, a New York family real estate business. Kate resides in Belmont, MA and Blue Point, NY.
