About this listen
Judge Claudia Wilken, who is presiding over the House vs NCAA case refused to allow a final decision on Monday when most expected the final approval to be made. Instead she raised a few issues and asked the lawyers to "fix them" before she would make a ruling.
On the same day Washington's Rep. Michael Baumgartner presented HR 2663 to the House of Representatives. The bill named “Restore College Sports Act” calls for some major changes to college sports which included replacing the NCAA, placing limits on coaching salaries, allowing athletes to transfer freely and much more.
