About this listen

In this episode, we’re joined by one of the most experienced and respected names in sidecar racing, Greg Lambert.

From starting as a passenger for his Dad at Knockhill in 1988 to multiple TT podiums and championship wins around the world, Greg brings decades of insight and passion to the sport and the conversation.

Greg started the Greg Lambert Sidecar Racing School in 2022 to help develop the next generation of sidecar drivers and passengers in the UK, and in the past year, it's seen 17 people become competitors.

We talk here about the aspirations for the school, how it could hopefully find its way to the Isle of Man and how a title sponsor could really help take this all to the next level.

Joining Greg for the podcast is his racing partner Andy Haynes, a hugely successful passenger also known as The Racing Preacher, as well as James Hanks, the first driver to come through the Greg Lambert Sidecar Racing School who's set to take on his first road race very soon and who also has one eye on being a potential newcomer at TT 2026.

You won't miss Greg and Andy out on the course, and you won't want to miss this episode.

You can get in touch with the Greg Lambert Racing School here and keep up to date with how James is doing on his JHM Racing page.
