"The tide has returned.
Snorkel is a dry, refreshing farmhouse ale brewed with Texas well water, pilsner malt, wheat, and a delicate blend of noble hops. Post fermentation, we add 60 pounds of fresh oyster mushrooms and a whisper of alderwood-smoked sea salt. Earthy, briny, and impossibly drinkable, Snorkel is as much a beer as it is a conversation starter.
Soft and savory with gentle umami and a kiss of salinity, it’s our tribute to the intersection of land and sea. Inspired by the Gose tradition but rooted in the farmhouse brewing philosophy, Snorkel drinks light and clean while offering something just left of center.
Pairs well with good food, strange friends, and any occasion that calls for something unexpected.
