Ce fut une longue histoire d'amour avec le Vinyasa. Ce n'est pas une vraie rupture juste le téléchargement d'une nouvelle version :-)
Le vinyasa m'a fait tomber amoureuse du yoga il y à 6 ans ! et après 3 ans à l'enseigner me voilà prête à m'ouvrir à autre chose.
Un grand besoin de connexion plus profonde avec mon corps.
Avec FluidUs c'est une autre dimension, ça ressemble quand même au Vinyasa simplement l'alignement, la position du corps est différente.
Donc pour ne pas se mélanger les pinceaux je ne vais plus appeler ma pratique Vinyasa yoga.
