It's always us. It's always what we could have done better. Where did I go wrong? Why did I not do more? We are the problem. We aren't a team player. We should lie, and act like everything is positive and incredible. We We should not ask if there are ways to do things differently. We should be grateful we even have a job or that someone even looked at our resume. We are lucky they are spending their "precious" time interviewing us. How dare we point out that the product doesn't work. That delivery, training and implementation were botched.
