I will be creating a new New England IPA recipe for my next brew day! 

Here I will be using BeerSmith software to create my beer.

This will be a 7.2% ABV, 34.3 IBU NEIPA with Mosaic, Galaxy and Michigan Copper hops.

This will be double dry hopped, once in the high krozen, second in the post fermentation. 

This is my first New England IPA build, so I'm very interested in seeing how this comes out.  This style is pretty intricate in how its made/produced.  From a 1st Wort hop addition to flame out and whirlpool hops added, then the hop addition after day 2 of primary fermentation, and so on!  We'll see how this turns out!

Beer Man and Bumpy Road Brews are tasting Epic Brewery Big Bad Baptist Mint Chocolate Imperial Stout.  This is clocked in at 12.9% ABV, No IBU's mentioned.  Very Minty! Let's put it that way! Cheers!

I'm building an American vanilla oatmeal stout.  This is somewhat close to the Oatis by Ninkasi...using a different hop bill and a similar grain bill from my research online.

Hopefully this will taste yummy! cheers!

I talk about balance and BU:GU ratios, as well as hop selections that have similar flavors and work well with each other.

Wyeast is my choice for yeast using an American Ale yeast.  I just love the Wyeast smack packs.
