How do you know if something is an opportunity or a distraction?

Normally I'm sharing something that has helped me grow my business in these emails.

... but today I wanted to share something I'm currently struggling with.

If you don't know who I am, here is a bit about my background. My name is Christian Stubbs and I own and operate my Team, OnyxHomes.com.

Here is how I got here:

June 2019 - started in the business

January 2020 - started my team

First 2.5 years of me selling I sold $50m in volume and made over $1m GCI.

In 2022 I stopped selling and started focusing on growing my team.

Since then, I've grown the Team to over 60+ Agents.

In the 4.5 years since we started our Team, we've sold 600 homes for over $500m in sales volume.

I made this channel to help others learn the very expensive lessons that I've learned so you can make more money in your real estate business. If you find this stuff helpful, share it with a friend.

See you in the next video,

-Christian Stubbs
