    7 minute ground center and clear.... if you do NOTHING else in your spiritual practice of self awareness do something similar to this. Making sure you are grounded will assure you are not absorbing others emotions and processing them as your own and it will also keep earth bound spirits and other unsavory things in the spirit world from being able to see you.

    Think of it like this. If you are in the house (your body) the weather (energy from others, emotions from others, spirits, etc...) can not effect you but if your arm, or leg, or entire body are hanging out the window then you are susceptible to anything and everything going on outside of your home.

    It is VERY important to remember that Inside of your home is the only place the you have 100% COMPLETE control over what is or is not allowed to be in th space around you. You have NO say over anything outside of your house so if you are commanding things to leave you, or energies to be absorbed by light using intention or a healing modality you are trained in but you are not in your home those energies have NO obligation to do what you say.

    So get in your house and make sure to call in your Souls energy and ground it into your home. By FILLING the house with the light of your Soul Essence this will automatically allow your soul's light to clean things you and your 5 sensory human mind are not aware of in your home. It will also illuminate so much light out of your "windows" that darkness and things that would be considered dark will not be able to come anywhere near you because as the guides have been telling us for the last 7 years.... Darkness can not exist in the light... it is just NOT possible!

  • I love this meditation! I do it in the bath so that I stay awake and I hold a crystal with the intention to stay grounded so that I can remember the meditation... I hope you like it too!

    I love this meditations it was from about a year ago.... I tend to fall asleep when I meditate but in meditations like this one I see SO much and feel so much from my guides that I need to force myself to stay awake using a grounding stone (to keep me from leaving my body and forgetting what happened) and I usually get in the bath for the long meditations like this one. Try it! Let me know how you like it!

    My apologies for the last mediations, I didn't know I could add them as attachments. I am not sure how this site works yet and how it charges you so make sure to download the meditation if you are paying something to be a patron... again I am not sure how it works yet.
