This is about having conversations related to ministry with, by, and for older adults in a local church setting.
The church in general is dropping the ball when it comes to older adult ministry. This podcast is being introduced to create conversations that can serve as a resource and inspiration for those working in older adult ministry, and conversations that encourage and challenge churches to pick up their game.
There are three ways you can be part of the goal of encouraging and equipping churches in their older adult ministries:
1. Pray for us. Pray that God would use, shape and guide this podcast according to his will.
2. Talk to us. Let us know what you want and need to hear about. Let us know your ideas and insights into ministry. Give us ideas for who to talk to in future episodes. You can email us at podcast@paradigm2.org.
