In this episode I'm speaking to my friend and neighbor Solange S. Schwalbe who is an Emmy-Award winning Motion Picture Sound Editor. One of the very few women to reach her level in this male dominated field.
Her work can be heard in movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean, The Goonies, Gremlins, The Color Purple, the Die Hard movies, Ghostbusters 2, the Lethal Weapon movies, the Star Trek movies, The Da Vinci Code and many, many more. She won her Emmy-Award in 2008 for her work on the HBO series John Adams.
Solange is also my off-roading muse! She inspired me to drive off-road myself after we met at local Poker Run event in South Lake Tahoe.
