About this listen

On this episode I speak with Elizabeth Seabolt-Esparza, a mental health therapist in Texas. I met Elizabeth in 2004 when I directed her in a production of Extremities. Thanks to the power of social media, we recently reconnected and I immediately invited her to come on the show.

Elizabeth has a special story to share: Her father was gay, and she watched him struggle in life which is partly what led to her desire to become a therapist

If you are part of the LGBTQIA+ community and live in Texas, and would like to speak with a therapist, Elizabeth is accepting new clients. https://www.houston-therapy.com/elizabeth-seabolt-esparza (You can find her here.)
