About this listen

Hello and welcome to Inside the Onion, the podcast where we peel back the layers surrounding a given topic each episode within science, society and culture. We will be consulting a variety of guests from different backgrounds and walks of life including scientists who are experts in their field, wildlife enthusiasts, advocators and activists for equality and climate action, those delivering and curating art and cultural events as well as inspirational everyday folk who have a good story to tell. We’ll draw from journal articles we found on PubMed through to stories we heard down the pub. And together we will slice open a new onion each episode and devour them til our breath stinks!
