Meet the poet- Darrian “maSTARpeace” Blanchard is a poet, author and spoken word artist from Oklahoma City. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with bachelor’s degrees in Medical Sciences and African and African American Studies. She is the author of “The Becoming of a Giant”, her debut poetry collection which is currently available on Amazon. Through her motto, “Poetry You Can Heal To”, she aspires to present poetry in a way that is not only riveting but self reflective in the sense that it encourages the reader/listener to examine themselves through a transcendent lens.
