All of us must remind ourselves that the only constant is change, relearning, growing and strengthening which is all forms of change in many different facets. The question is, will you go the way of the dinosaur (extinction) or will you learn anew, change and live?

As with all things when it comes to rebuilding anything you have to count up the cost or ask yourself is it worth it. One thing for sure is once you tackle that question the last thing would be to understand that you do not have to do it alone. Many times a second lens or vantage point is required to see clearly through the problem.

When trying to restore trust, the next thing we mist honor and respect is "time". In some situations depending upon the person, time happens right there and now while others will take a lot longer to come to fruition. If you respect their feeling and the time needed, you are actually respecting the process. Don't force it, honor the time....
