When it comes to change, many of us men have a hard time moving with the times as we get stuck and set in our ways..

All of us must remind ourselves that the only constant is change, relearning, growing and strengthening which is all forms of change in many different facets. The question is, will you go the way of the dinosaur (extinction) or will you learn anew, change and live?
