For six generations, the Kaes family has mastered the art of winemaking in Molsheim, on the magnificent clay-limestone soils of the Grand Cru Bruderthal.

Hand-tended vines, herbal teas for plant care, manual harvesting… here, the grape is allowed to express the full truth of the Alsatian soil and climate.
