About this listen

One of my favorite things to do is to sit down with friends and family and share stories. Stories we’ve heard hundreds of times… stories we weren’t around for… stories where we’re the main character! And, hear it in their voice! It’s such a cool way to connect with others and keep memories alive! And that’s exactly what we’ll do here on the Stories on Tape Podcast! Each episode, I’ll ask our guest to tell some of their favorite life stories so we can learn a little bit more about them, maybe learn a thing or two from them, and keep their story alive for more people to enjoy! Check out the Stories on Tape Podcast wherever you listen to podcasts!Copyright Stories on Tape Podcast

  • Tape 4: Fiona Battersby
    Apr 6 2022
This week we’re talking storytelling through photography with Fiona Battersby! Fiona started her photography business just 3 years ago, but is already making a name for herself! Fiona started her storytelling career in musical theater in high school and then went to the University of Memphis. She then moved to Nashville and in 2019 started making photography her full-time job. Her focus is weddings, proposals, and couples photos, but she isn’t afraid to try something new for a client! In this episode, Fiona tells us why she thinks photographs are important and should be printed, a broken nose at a wedding, and my own experience being on the other side of her lens!
