About this listen

It’s KICBUMP fave - Dr Billy Garvey! Billy is back this week to talk about our favourite topic…sleep. This time it’s a little different as Steph & Billy are both in the newborn phase with babies Billie and Heidi.

In this episode, Billy and Steph both share what sleep is looking like in their homes right now, the things they’re proud of, and the things they’re less proud of, how Billy transitioned his two older kids to share a room, parental preference, and lots more.

This episode of KICBUMP is with thanks to Bonds. There’s so much to think about when it comes to sleep, and Bonds is here to take one thing off your plate, with the only baby clothing approved by Red Nose for safer sleep.

ABOUT BILLY

Billy is a developmental paediatrician and senior specialist at one of Australia’s largest tertiary paediatric hospitals with over 20 years experience working with families and children, and is the father of a three-year-old and one-year-old.

Billy has been on the KICBUMP to talk about sleep twice before.

This is part one of our sleep episode with Billy from February. It’s called 'Is sleep training the answer? How Steph is planning for baby no.2 - KICBUMP with Dr Billy Garvey': https://pod.fo/e/2d18e7

Part two was 'Your sleep questions answered - KICBUMP with Dr Billy' Garvey: https://pod.fo/e/2a87ea
