About this listen
In this episode of the Royal Remnant Podcast, I open up about the reasons I found Islam fundamentally problematic, things like the language barrier in prayer, the treatment of women, and the trauma my community experienced during the Civil War. At the same time, I acknowledge the beautiful cultural practices within Muslim communities, such as reverence, discipline, and a strong sense of community, that I believe Western Christians could learn from. I challenge the Western Church to return to the core values of Christianity and to live out the Gospel more fully and faithfully. I end the episode with reflections on how we, as Christians, can more effectively embody our faith and engage with the Muslim world through both truth and love.
