About this listen

A nostalgia filled romp through the feature length films of Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, hosted by subject matter experts and 90's babies Sequoia Simone (Fanatical Fics, Professional Talkers) and Olivia Vessel (The Cheese Show). It's the podcast you never thought you needed! A scene by scene dissection of classic films such as "To Grandmothers House We Go" and "Getting There". You'll be transported back to a time when you didn't have to pay rent or cook dinner or pay taxes, all you had to do is slap on fifteen tank tops layered over one another and go to the mall with your friends! • The Full House Pilot: Three Gay Dads?!
    Sep 29 2025

Welcome to the first episode of You Pod It, Dude! We know we said we’re only covering Mary Kate and Ashley’s feature length films, but we had to do at least one episode going all the way to the beginning of the twins’ career. Also, Sequoia had not previously ever seen an episode of Full House before, so obviously that needed to be remedied ASAP. We get into it on uncle Jesse’s Bad vibes, the fact that uncle Joey doesn’t seem to have a bed and how hot Bob Saget is… but mostly we can’t stop pointing out how gay this whole premise is. You won’t wanna miss this one!

We’ll be back next week, a whole week ahead of our usual release schedule, with the first installment of our New York Minute coverage! Has it been a while since you checked out this particular filmography? Check out this secret link.
