In this session we explore the gentle art of setting and honoring boundaries through an Internal Family Systems lens. You’ll be guided to notice which parts of you may struggle with boundaries — perhaps a people-pleasing part, an overcommitter, or one that tends to shut down — and to meet them with curiosity and compassion.

Together, we’ll invite Self-energy to witness these parts, explore their fears around firmer boundaries, and reflect on what they might need to feel more supported. You’ll be encouraged to consider one small step you could take this week to honor a boundary with greater clarity and kindness, all while respecting the needs of your entire system.
