About this listen
Hello Mama, and welcome to episode EIGHT of Mumstoppable!
This week I’ve had a couple of new clients start their coaching journeys with me, and it’s given me an opportunity to reflect on the most common problems we face as mums. The interesting thing is, most - if not all - of my clients come to me struggling with the idea of who they are and what they want from life. It’s like motherhood has completely swallowed the individual, and in the process we almost forget what life was like before and can’t seem to figure out who we are - outside of that “mum” label. So I want to focus today on that journey of rediscovery. Of really looking at you, beyond the mum mask.
In #coachingcorner we look at values - what they are, why they’re important in the context of knowing who you are, and how you can figure out what yours are.
And today’s #coachingchallenge is an oldie but a goodie… We talk about the guilt of spending time doing things just for fun, and I challenge you to do just that. Are you up for the challenge?!
