With over 30 years in fitness and education, he has worked across four countries and 28 states, helping launch more than 350 Orangetheory Fitness locations as Corporate Fitness and Education Director. He also developed the training curriculum for GRIT BXNG in New York City. A lifelong athlete in cycling, running, and triathlon, Chan is known for making complex training clear, practical, and motivating.
