In this solo episode I reflect on how the beginning of the new year has served as a much-needed reset for me after a few months that felt challenging and heavy. It was important for me to hit the reset button in order to reconnect with my inspiration, discipline, and motivation. The new year offers a fresh start, and it’s given me the space to re-establish my routine and prioritize my health, particularly my mental health and nervous system regulation.


I talk about the personal journey I’ve been on diving deeper into self-care, focusing on inner connection, and nurturing my well-being. I share insights into my routine and methods that help me stay grounded during stressful times or when anxiety and overwhelm start to creep in. It’s all about finding balance and creating a reset package for emotional regulation.


A big part of my process has been adopting an abundance mindset and being gentle with myself and those around me. By nourishing ourselves from within and focusing inward, we can create a solid foundation for self-care.


I’ll walk you through my personal nighttime routine that I call “saloon”, sharing the calming self-care steps that help me unwind and set the stage for quality rest. From skincare practices like gua sha and dry brushing to incorporating soothing music and reading before bed, I reveal the little habits that contribute to a calm and regulated life.


I also discuss the benefits of high-quality sleep and how focusing on restful habits can positively impact both your short- and long-term health.
