Welcome to another episode of Hoops & Healing! This month I am joined by entrepreneur Alexandra Carrillo of By The Polish. Alexandra is a Chicago based nail tech who loves to create sensory designs that leave a lasting, meaningful impression. Telling a story through nails is her ultimate slam dunk. Alexandra doesn't have a big sports background and I as the host do not know much about nails, so we treated this episode as a fun educational experience on both ends. She made me a sickening Ellie The Elephant/New York Liberty nail set. We also review nail art in relation to sports whether it is fan nail art or athletes who do their nails (both women and men).
