Lucia Heilman wurde als Kind jüdischer Eltern in Wien geboren und überlebte das NS-Regime mit ihrer Mutter in einem Versteck. Die heute 95-Jährige erzählt im Gespräch mit Eva Pöttler, wie sie den "Anschluss" Österreichs an NS-Deutschland erlebte, wie sie die Zeit als Kind wahrnahm und von ihrer Rettung. Ihr Großvater wurde im Konzentrationslager Buchenwald ermordet, auch viele Freunde und weitere Familienmitglieder Lucia Heilmans überlebten den Holocaust nicht - umso mehr ist es ihr seit Jahrzehnten ein Anliegen, vor allem jungen Menschen ihre Lebens- und Überlebensgeschichte zu erzählen.
