Meanwhile, Brian, jealous of his sister Katie, acts out after receiving a letter from his biological father, Ethan, causing mischief like starting a fire and getting injured while hopping a train to Mannitu. Dr. Mike confronts Andrew over unethical practices at Preston’s hotel, where the American Medical Society holds a convention.
