In the vicinity of Lake Mead Parkway and Boulder Highway, officers responded to an alleged aggravated assault involving two individuals after a verbal altercation escalated; one suspect was taken into custody and the case is pending review by the district attorney.

Sunset Station area saw multiple reports of theft from businesses, with alleged shoplifting incidents occurring at local retail outlets; several arrests were made and property was recovered in some cases. Investigation remains ongoing into a robbery reported near Stephanie Street and Wigwam Parkway, where an individual allegedly brandished a weapon and stole personal property from a pedestrian. The suspect is described as a male, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing dark clothing and a baseball cap; police are seeking public assistance in identifying this individual. In the West Henderson industrial corridor, officers investigated a commercial burglary after an alarm was triggered overnight and property was found missing. No arrests have been made in connection to this incident.

On April 17, police responded to a fatal traffic collision in the Seven Hills area involving two vehicles; the incident is under active investigation, with no charges filed as of this report. The Arroyo Grande neighborhood had several cases of alleged vandalism, including graffiti and property damage, with officers increasing patrols and local residents encouraged to report any information.

Reviewing the week’s activity, residential burglaries and vehicle thefts were prominent in the Green Valley and Anthem areas, with property crimes also affecting local businesses citywide.
