Hear and Now ist weltweit der erste und einzige Podcast zum Thema Musik im Improvisationstheater. Stephan Ziron ist Impro Profimusiker seit 2007. Seit 2017 veröffentlicht er Episoden zur Improvisation. Er ist Initiator der Impromusiker Camps und war 11 Jahre lang musikalischer Leiter des "Improtheater Paternoster" Berlin. Aktuell ist er im Duo mit seinem Kollegen Martin Papke als "Ziron&Papke" unterwegs. Ziron ist nicht nur Musiker, sondern tritt ebenfalls als Schauspieler und Comedian regelmäßig auf.
