It was a first for the HA podcast this week when we spoke with a guest for the second time! The amazing Catherine Freeman joined us again and this time she was sharing SO much knowledge on skincare. We originally spoke with Catherine back in series 1 where she discussed Healthy Ageing mindset but we always knew we would love to have her back when this series came around.

Catherine is a highly successful entrepreneur running a global business. She is one of the most genuine and kindest human beings and an absolute hoot - can you tell we are big fans?! Catherine attributes her huge business success to taking action, manifestation and mindset so was a perfect fit in series 1! However her background is actually in Beauty Therapy and she was a successful salon owner for many many years having been inspired by her big sister. In her beauty rooms Catherine was always one step ahead of the current trends and spent thousands of pounds on the most up to date technology in anti ageing devices. When she was introduced to hand held anti ageing devices she knew that would be a trend and it was those devices that took her career on a different path. 

Catherine gives some amazing advice on this podcast including what products you should prioritise depending on your age and the differences between the types of products. Anti ageing skincare is discussed in detail but this podcast really is for anyone! One of the things we love most about Catherine is that she lives her whole life with ‘healthy ageing’ in mind.
