My Inspiration
My novels are about everyday people.

My inspiration comes from friends, family, my pets. travel, and new experiences.

My History
I've been writing since I was seven years old, and since I'm in my sixties, that's a very long time, indeed.

Freelance writing for magazines and newspapers transitioned into a job as an editor, and then finally my foray into fiction, which I absolutely love.

When writing non-fiction, I have to quote people and report on actual events and stick to the facts.

When writing fiction, I drop my characters into situations and make them say and do whatever I want. Being a bit of a control freak, this is the ultimate rush.

My Dream
Someday, somehow, I'd love to see one of my romantic comedies turned into a movie. Hey, it could happen.
