ABOUT JIM LUCAS

Jim Lucas has been a psychotherapist since 2003 and helped thousands of people improve their mental health, relationships and lifestyles. He is a BABCP accredited CBT Practitioner & Supervisor, an ACBS peer-reviewed ACT trainer and a Teaching Fellow at the University of Birmingham. He has written several eBooks including The ACT Roadmap and SEED: An ACT Supervision Model.
