Today I have guest, Nicole McMahon who was formally Mrs. Kentucky 2021, joining me to talk all about pageants, purpose, and always reaching for your goals no matter what season of life you are in. She is married to a former West Pointe Graduate and Combat Veteran and she has 3 young boys.

She has many years of experience in television as well as print work. She has been honored in pages of Grand Strand Magazine and is also the former Fashion Correspondent for WMBF News, an NBC affiliate in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Today's episode is all about building resilience and military families. Dr. Monica Reintjes is an Educational Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Play Therapist. We talk about the ages in our children where we may see some challenges with moving, resources that would serve your children if they are/were having some adaptation challenges right now, and how to process your feelings and your children's feelings at the same time.
