ゲストは、滋賀県の立命館守山中学校・高等学校教諭で、ギャラップ認定ストレングスコーチの加藤智博さん。学校教育改革で注目を集めた東京・千代田区立麹町中学校で、当時の工藤勇一校長のもと、生活指導主任と学年主任を2020年3月まで兼務。次々と進められた学校教育改革の現場で中心的役割を担う。2020年4月から現在の立命館守山中学校・高等学校に実践の場を移す。「子どもも大人もウェルビーイングな学校づくり」を目指し、クリフトン・ストレングスを教育現場に広げる活動とともに、コーチングや脳神経科学、マインドフルネスなどの知見を取り入れた教育実践を行っている。
「内省」の資質が生徒への関わり方やクラス作り、そしてウェルビーイングやストレングスを他校の先生に広める活動にどう役立ってきたか、話を伺った。
