Along her career Liz, has picked up an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management and a PhD in Organizational Leadership Psychology. She holds appointment as a non-resident Postdoctoral Fellow at Vanderbilt in the Computer Science department in the Socio-Technical Interaction Research (STIR) Lab. In December 2023, she was named a Distinguished Fellow in the Inclusive Design Institute. She currently is the President-Elect of Division 13 of the American Psychological Association \(the Society of Consulting Psychology).
