Season 5 Episode 17 is live and in this episode continues to follow our new structure (for the most part) including the following segments:

1. Bodybuilding Banger: This segment features a spotlight/sharing of a song perfect for fueling an intense workout. We explore the song's meaning, lyrics, instrumentals, breakdowns, vocals, etc. This week's Bodybuilding Banger is "All That I Remember" by The Amity Affliction.
2. Coaches Corner: This segment features health and wellness information/tips to help you meet your goals. This week, we explore the GLP-1 agonist semaglutide. We discuss what they are, how they work, why they are controversial, and considerations for maintaining muscle mass.
3. Song of the Week: We select a new metalcore song each week to highlight/share with you all. This week's song of the week is "Collide" by Kingdom of Giants.
4. Training Tip: We discuss a training tip that may assist in taking your fitness goals to a new level. This week we discuss pyramid sets.
