    Morgan Hill is a Division 1 NCAA soccer player at Georgia State university. She’s loved and played soccer since she was around 5 years old. In July of 2021 she tore her ACL, and in the next week she has to get reconstruction surgery again since the first surgery didn’t go as planned. She’s learned so much, especially how nutrition impacted the first ACL tear and how it impacts recovery after.

    In this episode, we discuss her injury, including the BIG mistakes she made leading up to the injury, how she endured the long recovery process, and a very important message on how to research the right doctors and Physical Therapists so your recovery isn't delayed.

    Morgan also shares some important stories about growing up playing soccer and how she was able to get a D1 offer.

Kaitlyn is a nutrition/dietetics student at Ball State and she hopes to one day become a sports dietitian.
