Kaitlyn Mathews is a Division 1 NCAA softball player at Ball State University. She grew up playing many different sports and she has been playing softball since she was 6 years old. Kaitlyn is a nutrition/dietetics student at Ball State and she hopes to one day become a sports dietitian. Her experience as an athlete along with her nutrition education has provided her with many skills and tips that she would love to pass along to other athletes.
In this episode, we discuss the unique traits and training that Kaitlyn did to become a D1 Softball player, as well as some of the mistakes she made that almost hurt her chances of making it to that level. Kaitlyn also provides a unique perspective as an athlete who is also studying Nutrition!
