About this listen

I used to believe I was broken.

At over 330 pounds, drowning in anxiety, ashamed of my body, and paralyzed by ADHD, I couldn’t even pick up the phone to make an appointment. My house was messy, my brain was messier, and I lived every day under the weight of negative self-talk and shame. I smiled for everyone else, but inside? I felt like a disaster.

And that shame followed me everywhere — into my marriage, into intimacy, into my faith. I prayed the lights would stay off in the bedroom. I believed my husband’s compliments were just pity. I looked in the mirror and heard the same voice every single day: “You’re not enough.”

For years, I believed that voice. I believed I was too far gone to ever change.

But one small question changed my life: What if I’ve been wrong about me?

That tiny thought was the beginning of a completely different journey — a journey of tearing down lies, rebuilding confidence, and letting God show me the truth of who He created me to be.

Today, I’m living proof that transformation is possible. I’m no longer ashamed, anxious, or hiding from life. I’m healthy, confident, chasing huge dreams, walking closely with Christ… and yes, even bold enough to talk about sex on the internet (not because I want to, but because God called me to).

This episode is where it all begins. You’ll hear the raw truth of who I was, the pain I carried, the turning point that shifted everything, and the steps that led me to become a wife in bloom.

If you’ve ever felt too broken, too insecure, or too ashamed to believe change is possible — this is your invitation to see yourself differently. To start small. To grab hold of the truth that God has more for you.

Because girl, if He can do it in me, He can do it in you.

Hit play on Episode 1 and find out how I overcame… and how you can too.
