Lawyer and author Kara Dansky says the decision marks a turning point — rejecting the idea of the “trans child” as incoherent and harmful. With 25 states having similar laws, this could set a national precedent. Dansky also argues the Biden administration is out of step with voters, and that Democrats lost ground in 2024 due to their embrace of gender ideology
