About this listen

0:00 Intro 0:58 Why go vegan 5:11 Take time to transition 9:07 Downsides and challenges to going vegan 11:51 Eat lots of fruit and raw living foods 16:56 Isn’t veganism a NWO agenda? Five foundational things I learned after going vegan in 2021. I will definitely be continuing this lifestyle as I understand and feel that a high fruit, high carbohydrate, low protein, 0 animal product diet supports my life and the laws of nature the best. I didn't mention my improved health much in the video, but since going vegan and high fruit and greens, I no longer suffer from chronic asthma, which I did for over 30 years. At 13:33 I mentioned Cassava and potatoes, which were not the best examples for starchy plants that take a lot of work; pretend I said Wheat instead. Cassava and potatoes are both incredible whole foods and food forest crops because they both produce a lot, and you can propagate them easily from cuttings.
