Der Verein fungiert im Odenwald als "Lokale Aktionsgruppe" und LEADER-Geschäftsstelle und ist damit zentraler Ansprechpartner für verschiedene europäische Förderprogramme und Projekte in unserer Region. Zu Beginn der neuen Förderperiode 2023-2027 wurde eine "Lokale Entwicklungsstrategie" erstellt, in der das Thema Wohnen eine zentrale Rolle einnimmt.
