I have been effectively managing my MS with lifestyle modification, diet and exercise. The purpose of this podcast is to share my experiences, so that other MS patients might be benefited. This season, in the next few episodes, I will be discussing on “Exercises for MS”. The common mistakes we do, how to avoid them, how to overcome fatigue with exercise, how to manage pain among other things. MS is a very interesting disease. Like on a chess board, the queen is the most powerful of all the players, so is MS in diseases. It is one of the topmost contenders for the title of Queen of diseases. It needs a multi-pronged and multidimensional approach to manage MS. Every individual is different, and so is the disease pattern which affects each individual. So, here I am going to focus on general principles to be used for fight against MS. Each one has to find his or her own way, but I am sure my experiences will help you strategise your own battle plan. We need to get out of our comfort zone. The battle is between who we are now, and what we want to be. We need to dedicate time and efforts.Lots of it! No one can beat a person who refuses to give up. Not even MS. Lets go to WAR.Copyright 2023 Dr. Nikhil Panse Exercise & Fitness Fitness, Diet & Nutrition Hygiene & Healthy Living
