Repasar su currículum nos llevaría todo el programa pero destacamos que es directora del Seminario Mujer y Deporte del INEF y que fue la primera y hasta ahora única directora del INEF. En este seminario se dedica a analizar las diferencias de género en el deporte, busca las causas, por qué hay de estas desigualdades, establece estrategias para acabar con ellas y además, ayuda a tender puentes entre Europa y Iberoamérica para tratar el deporte de la mujer mejore en esos países.
