Part 2 with Kyle Purpura, we discuss how to get faculty buy-in for the needed changes to better speak the "language" of our students. As well, we look at the perspective of the servant leader/Instructional Designer who will always approach the faculty with kindness and compassion while perhaps muting frustration. Finally, even though ID's are trained in the art of teaching, the suffix to their names (MA in Instructional Design) takes a back seat to communicating effectively with the clients, the faculty, and perhaps even the students.
