This week in Our Conscious Playground we extend Love.

Actually, this is no different from any other week, but in this episode we delve a little deeper into what this means, and what this makes us think about.

As we often do, we begin by playing with words. What three words come to your mind when you think about extending Love?

A bit of backdrop: every time we show up in life, no matter what the situation, we are either extending Love or putting out a call for Love, and yes, we're capitalizing the "L."

So, what does it feel like to extend Love? What does it feel like to block it? How can we all enter and remain in this Flow?

Join us as we go deep yet remain completely light-hearted, because why not? Tomás makes Lisa break down laughing at one point (you'll hear it,) and fans of the game Hot Potato will find a lot to love in this episode.
