Descripción: La Llorona es uno de los íconos más escalofriantes del folclore mexicano y latinoamericano: elespectro de una mujer que vaga por las noches, lanzando gritos desgarradores “¡Ay mis hijos!” que anuncian tragedia y muerte. Su figura, envuelta en un vestido blanco y con el rostro oculto por el cabello o la oscuridad, suele aparecer cerca de ríos, lagunas o caminos solitarios, donde su presencia paraliza a quienes la escuchan.
