In our attempts to expand our scope and get a better understanding of what it means to be a person of color in Valdosta, we learned a lot. So we decided to turn what we learned into an episode for you. This episode covers some of the history of Valdosta as well as a VERY abridged version of black history in the USA leading up to, during and after the civil war.
