    Dealing with Miscarriage

The trouble with miscarriage is that most people don’t understand what it is you’ve actually lost. I’ve lost my babies. I’ve lost the ability to be excited about pregnancy. I’ve lost trust in my body, in hospitals and in statistics. Most of all I’ve lost faith, in myself and in the future.

For now the plan is to touch up on all the areas in my life and others that I find fascinating and thought provoking. After all there are so many things under those subject areas that can be discussed.    I intend to have fun and sometimes cringe to the listening of my own voice but still  get the message out.    It’s already looking like a challenging territory but no one grows in their comfort zone. So, welcome to “Not for my village people podcast” my 2023 way to disrupt my comfort zone and learn some new lessons as I progress, learn and improve.

  • Esther A - Not For My Village People EP11: Can Broken People Heal?
    Apr 15 2023

    Can broken people heal?

Are you in therapy?  When is your book coming out?

Those are some of the questions I get asked from time to time.

Broken people can certainly help others heal, but it is important for them to prioritize their own healing and well-being first and approach the situation with empathy, understanding, and appropriate boundaries
